This structured individual coaching programme explores causes of children’s behaviour problems, techniques for encouraging children’s development and wellbeing, strategies for tackling misbehaviour and managing co-parenting relationships.
Active skills training methods include modelling, rehearsal, self-evaluation and practical home-based tasks. Sessions last about 60 minutes each.
Intensive individual coaching is suitable for working parents who need confidential coaching to tackle a range of parenting and family-based concerns.
really enjoyed your talk
I really enjoyed your talk today at Credit Suisse... You set a goal of people leaving with one or two ideas they could put into practice and I know I’ve got a bunch that I’ll try.
It helped me understand how my children think and how to handle their behaviour better. Thank you.
looking forward to the next session
Thank you so much for a great session – we are so pleased with how it went. We've received really positive feedback and people are looking forward to the next session already!
session was excellent – great presenter who did a fantastic job with her real-life no-nonsense approach, good turnout and some good questions/engagement
practical and hopeful
Anita was, as always, an excellent speaker and I found the session very helpful and reassuring... Unlike some other parenting coaches, Anita is always realistic about what working parents can achieve and her advice is always practical and hopeful.
The session was brilliant. Having the opportunity for a group session (to know you are not alone) followed by a 1:1 was great. I didn’t shout once at my children last night or this morning and they behaved brilliantly.
